You will take vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, maintain clean patient rooms, document data, and communicate effectively with licensed personnel. PRN/Days schedule may vary with patient coverage and weather or emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ambulating and mobilizing patients.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respirations, O2 sat).
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms.
• Document data accurately and relay information to nurses.
