Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Coordinate daily patient care activities including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Assist with feeding and nutrition as needed.
• Maintain unit inventory and supply levels.
• Document care provided in the electronic medical record (EMR).
