Qualifications

• Direct patient care requiring empathy and communication with residents and families.
• Adhere to physician orders and facility policies to ensure safe medication handling.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications administered and resident responses.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications per physician orders.
• Document all medication-related activities in resident records and MARs.
• Monitor residents and report any changes to nursing staff promptly.
