Job summary

Charleston Healthcare Group is seeking a Nursing Assistant to care for residents within assigned units. You will follow the Interdisciplinary Care Plan, assist with grooming, nutrition, and activities, and ensure a home-like atmosphere while maintaining infection control and safety protocols.

You will work under Licensed Staff, document observations daily, attend in-services, and participate in team coordination to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and follow oral instructions.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Enrollment in a certification program before employment and completion before start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with Licensed Staff on the unit to ensure safe, consistent care.
• Maintains patient dignity, privacy, and comfort during shifts.
• Records daily observations on Nursing Flow Records and other required forms.
