Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Long term care experience preferred; CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals and hydration for residents
• Assist with personal hygiene and bathing
• Aid in ambulation, turning, and positioning
• Check vital signs and record intake/output
• Respond to call lights and report observations to supervisor
• Document actions in forms and logs
• Protect privacy and HIPAA compliance
• Adhere to standards and policies and maintain licensure
