Job summary

Seniors Helping Seniors Lanier is hiring Personal Care Assistants to help older adults live independently at home. You will provide daily care, assist with grooming, meals, and errands, and offer companionship to enrich their daily lives.

We offer paid training, biweekly pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, and flexible schedules (part-time or full-time, days/evenings/weekends). Join a nurse-led organization that values compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as CNA in last 3 years in a supervised setting preferred
• OR PCA Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within last 12 months

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Be a steady, friendly presence that brings comfort and peace of mind
