Belmont Village Senior Living Hunters Creek in Houston is seeking a Part-Time Driver to provide safe, friendly transportation for residents using company vehicles, including potentially a wheelchair van. The role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and teamwork, with weekend and holiday shifts as scheduled.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, maintain punctual attendance, and communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be required in some states.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for Belmont Village employees to ensure the operation of the community.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Assist residents in and out of company vehicles as needed which may include the use of a mechanical wheelchair lift.
• Actively participate in the day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance needs of the company vehicles which may include fueling and taking vehicles for scheduled service appointments.
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed.
• Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed.
• Make hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction.
