Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a server for on-site dining services at our Virginia Beach facility. You will courteously serve meals to residents and guests, assist with menu orders, beverage service, and dining room clean-up, and support tray service as needed.

The role requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays. Uniforms and personal hygiene must be maintained. Training and career laddering are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to bend, reach, and push/pull objects.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Assist residents with menu orders and beverage service.
• Reset and clean dining room after meals.
• Assist with tray service and general dining room upkeep.
• Report equipment or tableware issues to supervisor.
