Job summary

Touchmark on the South Hill in Spokane is seeking friendly individuals to join our dining services team as Servers. As a Server you will greet residents, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and help keep the dining room welcoming and clean.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Willing to work occasional weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents by name, take meal orders and answer questions about the menu.
• Serve meals and beverages, ensuring the dining room is clean and inviting.
• Support special events and catered functions as needed.
• Provide friendly, high‑quality customer service and build positive relationships.
