Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary guidelines, help with meal service, and maintain clean dining areas.

This role requires teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. A high school diploma is preferred, and ServSafe or Food Handler certification may be required by state law. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal service.
• Serve meals according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
