• Experience as a dietary aide in food service and customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines for a hygienic environment.
• Ability to prepare meals according to instructed recipes and safety standards.

• Physical fitness and stamina for a fast-paced dining setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas with cleanliness and order.
• Prepare meals under guidance of a dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays promptly to rooms and times.
• Assist with post-meal cleanup and clear tables and utensils.
• Maintain hygiene by disposing leftovers and taking out garbage.
• Keep stations clean and wash dishes and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient stock and help manage inventory.
• Assist in upkeep of kitchen equipment and appliances.
