Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets.
• Prepare and deliver items as requested by residents.
• Maintain tray line in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
• Prepare special diet foods as necessary.
• Deliver food carts to patient care units and return carts to kitchen.
• Run and log wash/rinse temperatures.
• Wash specified items by hand and handle utensils.
• Dispose of trash and garbage properly.
• Treat residents and guests with respect and dignity.
• Observe infection prevention and control practices.
