Job summary

The Pavilion at Kenton is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with all food functions in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Covington, KY. This role supports the Dietitian/Director of Food Services, ensuring meals are prepared and served per policy.

Responsibilities include assisting with tray delivery, kitchen cleaning, proper utensil washing, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment in a fast-paced setting. High school diploma or equivalent and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to successfully pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all food functions as directed and per established policies.
• Work with Dietitian/Director of Food Services as necessary and implement changes.
• Assist in serving meals and delivering snacks, ensuring proper portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, wash utensils and dishes per procedures.
• Set up meal trays, carts and dining areas; collect menus as instructed.
• Perform daily cleaning duties and keep work area safe and organized.
