Qualifications

• Must follow oral and written instructions.
• Must adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
• Must have the ability to work beyond normal hours and on other shifts/days.

Responsabilités

• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report suspected violations.
• Ensure care is provided with privacy and knock before entering rooms.
• Report grievances and follow established procedures to resolve them.
• Observe and report health changes using STOP AND WATCH tools.
• Prepare food and deliver meals, assisting with special occasions.
• Perform dishwashing and maintain clean, safe food service areas.
