Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers in Hayward, CA. Earn $19–$20/hour with flexible 4-10 hour shifts, weekly pay, and benefits like overtime, paid sick leave, mileage reimbursement, and free uniform.

Training through Right at Home University and free CEUs support ongoing development. Ideal candidates have at least 3 months of caregiving experience, an active CA HCA license, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass background check and TB screening.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
