Job Description

What You’ll Do:Responsibilities include:

• Provide Exceptional Service: Greet guests and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their cafe experience.
• Barista Skills: Prepare coffee and beverages swiftly and consistently, following recipes.
• Customer Satisfaction: Efficiently take orders and payments, addressing questions or concerns.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep supplies stocked, floors clean, and the coffee shop organized.
• Support the Team: Assist in stocking, organizing supplies, and preparing products for shifts.
• Food Safety: Conduct temperature checks and complete food safety logs.
• Attendance: Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Experience: Barista or food service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The physical demands include walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating equipment like coffee makers and scanners. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
