Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent guest service to assure that all guests leave satisfied and will return.
2. Greet customers; resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
3. Operate cash register system accurately, efficiently, and quickly to ensure guests receive quick service.
4. Prepare and make a variety of coffee drinks (hot and cold) according to company standards and expectations, including espresso drinks and cold brew drinks.
5. Conduct periodic inventory procedures, stage new and seasonal merchandise within the store, and ensure the store is clean, sanitized, and presentable.
6. Provide guests with a positive, upbeat, and uplifting attitude at all times and handle guest concerns politely and quickly in their favor.
7. Work with teammates respectfully to engage better tactics when handling lines or guests or waiting guests.
8. Perform all job duties in a manner safe to self and others.
9. Attend various training sessions in other Caribou Coffee sites such as Minocqua and Eagle River periodically.
