Qualifications

2+ years in sales, account management, customer service, or logistics preferred.
Experience in shipping, freight, transportation, or supply chain is a plus.
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Creole is a plus for Caribbean markets.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with current customers through regular follow-up and clear communication.
Find new customers, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into new business.
Follow a clear sales process to reach revenue and customer growth goals.
Review market trends, feedback, and competitor activity to discover new opportunities.
Explain pricing and terms clearly and ensure quotes are competitive.
Coordinate with operations to deliver timely service and reduce issues.
Track sales activity, revenue, quotes, and forecasts for management.
