The Westin at Frenchman's Reef in St. Thomas seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and deliver outstanding service. You’ll respond to inquiries, offer local recommendations, and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure seamless stays.

We value strong communication, cash handling proficiency, and a calm, proactive approach to guest issues, with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of hotel property management software.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
