The candidate should possess a high school diploma, a valid driver license, and be able to obtain a SIDA badge, with the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. The position requires strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid Driver License.
• Must have a valid form of transportation.
• Must be able to pass all prerequisites to obtain SIDA badge.
• Must pass a criminal background check as well as a drug screen before employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily debriefing with team members to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Promote an environment of mutual respect and trust between team members.
• Establish relationships with internal and external customers to foster integrity and dignity.
• Ensure safe and efficient operations through daily and weekly audits.
• Direct opening/closing procedures and manage schedules to cover all work areas.
• Communicate with upper management regarding operations and personnel.
• Complete Daily Tour Reports on attendance, productivity, and operations.
• Handle delivery/pick-up cargo pouches and documents to/from aircraft and USCIS/US Customs.
