Alliance Ground International (AGI) seeks an Office Supervisor to lead the Cargo Office team, ensuring cargo handling procedures and shipping logistics meet airline and company standards. You will coordinate shipping details, manage compliance documentation, and support agents with customer service and documentation accuracy.

The role requires guiding office staff, training new hires, and enforcing safety and regulatory compliance across TSA, FAA, and IATA rules.

• Release imported freight after reviewing CBP clearances.
• Collect air freight charges and manage billing details.
• Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Enter data into the company information system for cargo documents.
