Job summary

Forward Air Corp. in Los Angeles is seeking a Cargo Handler to join our fast-paced shipping/dock operation. You will load and unload freight from 53 ft trailers, operate handheld scanners, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and efficiency.

We provide training and require you to be 18 or older, able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 90 pounds occasionally; weekend/overtime shifts may be required. This is a full-time on-site position with equal opportunity employment.

• Verify documentation and condition of freight to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
