Qualifications

• Proven bicycle mechanic experience is essential.
• Auto technician or mechanic qualification is acceptable.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures precisely.
• Experience driving delivery vans or similar is preferred.
• Must read and understand safety and maintenance instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently complete bike assembly tasks at workstation, adhering to company's standard procedures.
• Wheel assembly, including tires, braking systems, rotors, and wiring.
• Handlebar assembly with grips, brakes, shifting levers, and throttle assist (if present).
• Frame preparation with bolts and additional protection.
• Build cargo area and add accessories/parts.
• Prepare pallets for packaging, involving strapping, cutting, and shrink wrapping.
• Collaborate with the sales team to learn ongoing sales and due dates.
• Perform inventory management tasks if needed.
• Keep an organized and clean workstation.
• Load and unload large crates for shipping if needed.
• Perform cross Quality Control checklist.
• Help with delivering customer orders if necessary.
• Provide support to other departments when needed.
