Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking empathetic caregivers to provide in-home support to clients requiring daily living assistance. You will offer companionship, help with activities of daily living, and assist with light housework and transportation to appointments.

We value reliable, compassionate individuals who can follow care plans, maintain safety, and complete background checks and screenings as required. This role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping such as meal prep, laundry, and tidying.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social events.
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior and maintain a safe environment.

Job Description:

We are seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers and CNA's that have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and companionship to individuals who require help with daily activities.
