Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers to provide companionship and daily living assistance to clients in their homes. You will help with ADLs, light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments, while monitoring health changes.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with active CNA or HHA certification, and a focus on safety, compassion, and clear communication. Ready-to-work individuals with a valid driver’s license are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Active CNA and/or HHA certification required.
• TB test within the last 6 months.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Valid driver`s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Background check completion required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (e.g., meal prep, laundry, tidying).
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Must be able to pass a background check.
