Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals in their own homes with personalized care and companionship. You will help with daily activities, mobility, meals, and monitoring, contributing to a higher quality of life for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities to promote social interaction.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
