Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will help with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and meaningful social activities to enhance quality of life.

We value reliability, empathy, and a willingness to learn. Flexible scheduling includes part-time and full-time opportunities, weekly pay coming soon, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and dependable attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in caregiving.
