Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide at-home personal care, companionship, and daily assistance that improves quality of life. You will help with daily activities, meals, mobility, and medication reminders.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth. Weekly pay is coming soon to support your valuable work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
