Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance to clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered home care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including mobility, bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities for social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
