Job summary

Jigsaw Homes Group is seeking a Caretaker to join our Asset Management team in Lancaster. You will carry out cleaning and grounds maintenance inside and around residents’ homes as part of a large housing organisation.

You will liaise with residents, contractors and colleagues to ensure a clean, safe and well-maintained environment, while meeting the needs of our communities and upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to carry out handyperson duties within large properties.
• Physically able to undertake the duties of the role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and grounds maintenance inside buildings and outside residents' homes across the North West.
• Liaise with residents, contractors and partners to maintain positive relationships.
• Work as part of the Asset Management team to provide a first‑class service.
