Tifeo Home Health Services is currently looking for compassionate Homecare Aides to join our ever growing Home Care Team. Our trained Caregivers provide non-medical services to our clients in their homes, which enables them to maintain dignity and independence. Basic Qualification/ Requirements:

• Individual must be at least 18 years or older
• Must have a reliable vehicle, driver’s license and valid auto insurance
• Must be able to read, write, and pass the required agency or government competency tests
• High school diploma or GED is optional
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• The individual must pass criminal background check
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication, listening skills and able to provide the services needed based on the client’s care plan
• Up-to-date vaccination including COVID vaccination and TB immunization
• Willing to travel up to 25miles or more daily to provide care to the client
• Impeccable driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive lifting, pushing, or pulling a minimum of 50 lbs is expected. The individual must be able to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time. Exposure to latex is expected.

• Personal careAssistant: Assist with bathing , Assist with toileting , Assist with personal hygiene, Medication reminders , Assist with ambulation and transfer including use of cane, walker, and wheelchair. Assist with walking exercise , Assist with dressing and grooming, Turning clients, Continence care, Overnight monitoring, Escorting to medical appointments, Assisting with obtaining vitals signs (pulse, respiration, temperature, Oxygen saturation).
