Job summary

Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate caregivers in Stafford, Virginia, to join our team. Qualifications

• All Caregivers are thoroughly screened and must meet our employment guidelines. We perform a criminal background investigation, reference checks, and DMV record check.
• PCAs, Nurse Aide Course Completion Certificate, CNA license.

All Caregivers must complete our orientation and training before directly serving clients. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with the current registration and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff.
• Assist with personal care.
• Companionship.
• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
