Job summary

Senior Helpers of North Orange County is seeking warm, compassionate caregivers in North Orange County, CA, for one-on-one in-home care. You will bring your life experience, patience, and kindness to assist our seniors with daily living activities in a flexible schedule.

We offer caregiver-first culture, hands-on leadership, matched client pairings, and comprehensive training. Roles emphasize companionship, personal care, and specialized care with ongoing support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills (we are a technology-forward office, so please be prepared to use an app for daily documentation as well as frequent calls/texts/emails from office).
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Personal or professional caregiving experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to clients.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Follow care plans and document care using the office app.
• Communicate with the office and clients to ensure quality care.
• Support with meal prep, light housekeeping, and safety.

Flexible Scheduling

Caregiver Pay & Benefits

• $18 to $21 per hour, paid biweekly.
