Qualifications

• HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Must pass a drug screen and nationwide background check.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Willingness to complete paid caregiver training provided by Right at Home.
• Reliable, honest, compassionate, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support.
• Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Supporting clients with daily living activities.
• Maintaining accurate communication regarding client care needs.
• Working in clients' homes with a variety of schedules and shift lengths.
