Qualifications

• HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to complete paid Caregiver training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help clients remain safe and independent at home.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Create meaningful relationships with clients and families.
