Always Best Care Chicagoland is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe and independent at home in Olympia Fields, IL. We offer paid training, hourly pay from $19 to $20, weekly pay with Direct Deposit, and flexible scheduling.

Mileage between clients is compensated, and health insurance options are available. Caregivers provide medication reminders, assist with mobility and daily activities, support personal care, and help clients maintain routines and independence.

Qualificações

• Caregiving experience: at least 1 year in home care

Responsabilidades

• Medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation and mobility (in-home or outside)
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with physical therapy exercises
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Report unusual incidents to Care Coordinator
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Follow the care plan

Caregiver responsibilities:

• Medication Reminders
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Follow the Care plan.

Caregiver Requirements:

• Previous home care experience of 1+ years.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Driver license
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be very reliable.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time
