Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Grand Rapids, MN is hiring a Resident Assistant to provide direct personal care, assist with daily activities, and support residents with dignity and comfort. You will work as part of a compassionate team in a home-like setting, with opportunities for growth and flexible shifts.

Wages are up to $20/hour based on experience. Benefits include PTO, health and dental insurance, a 401(k), and CNA certification reimbursement while employed.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older to be eligible for consideration; exception with CNA license where allowed by regulations.
• No prior caregiving experience required; we provide comprehensive training for new team members.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with daily activities, maintaining residents' independence and dignity.
• Administer daily medications as directed in collaboration with the care team.
• Foster connections by building meaningful relationships with residents.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional health as part of holistic well-being.
• Offer kindness, patience, and understanding to residents and their families.
• Engage residents in activities to foster joy, purpose, and belonging.
• Prepare and serve meals aligned with dietary requirements and preferences.
• Perform homemaking duties including cleaning rooms, common areas, and laundry.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 6:30AM - 2:30PM, 2:30PM - 10:30PM, 10:30PM - 6:30AM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $20/hour based on experience
