Griswold Home Care for Greater Mission Viejo is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Compensation is $21 - $22 per hour based on caregiving experience, with flexible shifts and benefits.

This role offers weekly pay, paid time off, overtime, and growth through ongoing training. As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical elder care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities to help seniors live independently

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of home care or facility experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical elder care and companionship.
• Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, meal prep, laundry, and shopping.
• Maintain client dignity and independence while ensuring safety.
• Complete shift notes and communicate needs to the office.
• Support seniors with day and night shifts as needed.
