Job summary

Griswold Home Care is seeking caring individuals to join our team in Greater Mission Viejo as Caregivers. We offer flexible shifts and both full-time and part-time opportunities with compensation ranging from $20 to $22 per hour based on experience.

As a caregiver, you will provide companionship, assist with daily activities and help seniors maintain independence in their own homes. We offer weekly pay, PTO, overtime, holiday pay and ongoing training.”

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of home care or facility experience.
• Registered with Guardian is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical elderly care and companionship.
• Assist with laundry, grocery shopping and meal preparation.
• Support with personal hygiene, bathing, and feeding.
• Care for clients with dementia or cognitive impairments with patience and empathy.
• Complete shift documentation and timely updates to the office.
