Job summary

Brightstar Care of Irving is recruiting a compassionate Caregiver (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care to clients in their homes. You will assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and daily living activities, ensuring dignity and safety in every task.

You will document care, report changes, and coordinate with families and healthcare professionals. A HS diploma, CNA TX certification (if applicable), CPR, valid TX driver's license, and reliable transportation are required, along

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; at least one year caregiving experience.
• 1+ years of caregiving experience (home care, day care, or similar).
• CNA certification for TX required if applicable.
• Valid TX driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Clear background and clean driving record.
• Current CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Flexible availability.
• Minimum of two references (personal and professional).

Responsibilities

As aCaregiver with Brightstar Care of Irvin / Dallas Metro you will:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

As aCaregiver you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of one year experience as a caregiver
• 1 + years of Caregiving experience (taking care of a loved one, Day Care, or patients in the home)
• If CNA - you must have your current CNA certification for TX
• Valid TX driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Clean background and criminal record
• Current CPR card through AHA or Red CrossNegative TB skin test or chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
• Flexible availability
• Minimum of two references (personal and professional)
