Right at Home Indianapolis Southeast, IN is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in the greater Indianapolis area. Training will be provided; experience is nice but not required. We offer flexible schedules and opportunities across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Help clients stay safe and comfortable at home based on an established Plan of Care.
• ADLs such as hygiene support, mobility/ambulation, dressing and grooming, feeding assistance.
• Engagement/companionship through conversation and activities.
• Light homemaking tasks like vacuuming, dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, bathroom cleaning.

What You'll Do

You'll help clients stay safe and comfortable at home based on an established Plan of Care.

ADLs (care + support) may include:

• Hygiene support (toileting/bedpan assistance, bathing, oral care, skin/hair care)
• Mobility/ambulation support
• Dressing and grooming
• Feeding assistance
• Engagement/companionship (conversation, puzzles, card games)
• Meal prep per instructions

Light homemaking may include:

• Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping
• Dishes
• Changing bed linens
• Laundry
• Bathroom cleaning

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication + listening skills
• Dependable, professional, and safety-minded
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle, or reliable transportation
• Able to communicate with office staff weekly
• Willing to follow company policies and direction
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
