Job summary

Bluewater Home Care LLC is seeking experienced caregivers to join our team serving the Ventura County area. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference in someone’s life, we want to hear from you!

We offer 4 to 12 hour shifts, weekday and weekend options, competitive pay from $19 to $22 per hour, flexible schedules, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, Employee of the Month recognition, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and use of your own car.
• Must have caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client’s medical and emotional condition.
• Document and report any changes in the client’s health status.
• Ensure highest client safety and well-being.

Weekday and Weekend shifts in the entire Ventura County! From 4-hour up to 12-hour shifts!

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders. May also assist with light housekeeping, food preparation, and transportation to errands and appointments.
• Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client’s medical and emotional condition.
• Document and report any changes in the client’s health status.
• Ensure highest client safety and well-being.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License and have use of your own car
• Must have Caregiving experience
