Right at Home is seeking caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home care in Maryland. You will support seniors and adults with disabilities, enable daily living activities, and help maintain independence in their homes.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required (preferred).
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for clients.
• Transfer/move client safely around the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, laundry, dishes).
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with range-of-motion exercises; dementia care and companionship activities.
