Job summary

Panacea Home Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Springboro, OH team. You will provide in-home personal care, assist with ADLs, and accompany clients to appointments.

Flexible shifts include 3P-7P for 3 days and Saturdays, with a note about two friendly dogs in the family. We value genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to client well-being, and a background check plus drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting others.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and support to individuals in their homes or community settings.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support individuals with intellectual disabilities or other needs.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.
