Job summary

Panacea Home Healthcare LLC in Springboro, OH is seeking compassionate Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support clients in their homes and community settings.

Responsibilities include direct personal care, assisting with ADLs, accompanying clients to appointments, and fostering a safe, respectful environment.

Shift hours are 3 PM–7 PM for 3 days and Saturday for 7 hours; background check and drug screening are required, with a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, DSP, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred.
• Genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting others.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends,
