A leading caregiver services provider in Pennsylvania is urgently seeking caregivers/direct care aides to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. You will provide personal care management, assist with daily activities, and have flexible scheduling options. Candidates must have a high school diploma, direct care experience, and reliable transportation. Job Summary

We have several clients urgently need caregivers/direct care aides to provide care to persons with mental health/intellectual & developmental disabilities throughout Western Allegheny County (McKees Rocks, Coraopolis, Crafton, Carnegie, Oakdale, McDonald, etc.).

Compensation & Schedule

• $17/hr compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• 2nd (Evening) shifts urgently needed (3P-11P OR 4P-12MID).
• Weekdays and/or weekends – you tell us what shifts you can work.
• Long‑term independent contracts; part‑time or flexible schedules available.
• Some assignments ongoing; client negotiable temp‑to‑potential‑perm.

Responsibilities

• Provide support that will enhance individual's quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
• Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities, including but not limited to meal preparation, housekeeping, and life skills group.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (e.g., Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal background).
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (a must).

Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to reply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW).
