Delta-T Group is seeking Caregivers/Direct Care Aides to provide care to individuals with mental health/developmental disabilities in the Western Allegheny County area, including Oakdale. The role offers $17/hour for independent contractor positions with 2nd shift opportunities (3PM–11PM or 4PM–12AM) and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include supporting quality of life, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and life-skills activities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Ability to obtain required clearances (Physical/TB, CPR/First Aid, PA background).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

• $17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• 2nd (Evening) Shifts URGENTLY NEEDED (3P-11P OR 4P-12MID).
• Weekdays and/or Weekends: You tell us what shifts YOU can work!
• Long term independent contracts, Part-time or flexible schedules available.
• Some assignments ongoing and client negotiable temp-to-potential-perm!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY

• Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
• Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including but not limited to meal preparation, house keeping, and life skills group.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Experience providing direct care
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background)
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation - a must.

Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to reply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
