Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. The role includes 4-hour shifts on weekends or weekdays, focusing on personal care, mobility, meal prep, and companionship.

You will clock in/out via a care app and document care provided, with ongoing training and support from a friendly office team. Ideal candidates have 1+ year caregiving experience and CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience required or preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB testing, background check, and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and do light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Offer companionship and safety supervision.
• Use care app to clock in/out and document care.
