Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors in Rowe, MA and surrounding communities. Positions include PCA, HHA, CNA and Homemaker roles with flexible schedules and a mix of 8 to 12 hour shifts, day or overnight, and a $18.00 to $20.00 per hour wage based on experience.

New caregivers may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing the first 90 days and must work at least 20 hours per week with good attendance.

Responsibilities

As an in home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your support can provide companionship, dignity, encouragement, and peace of mind to clients and their families.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor

• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care
