Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and we’re seeking experienced, dependable caregivers who can make a difference in in-home care. We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES program participants, helping clients stay safe and independent in their own homes.

We offer 17–18 per hour, weekly pay, and both full-time and part-time opportunities. Benefits begin after 60 days, with a 90-day performance evaluation and room to grow as our company expands across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
